PTA Therapeutic Processes I
An introduction to the essential background, knowledge and skills in therapeutic exercise for Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) to provide intervention to clients as assigned. You learn the purposes, benefits and safe and correct implementation of therapeutic exercise. The role of the PTA in client care in various settings is also addressed. Anatomy background for this course is essential. During this course, DL students will be required to attend an in person lab at Medicine Hat College or an affiliated site.
Prerequisite: A minimum of a C grade in OPTA 212
