SLPA Therapeutic Processes I
An introduction to advanced skills required of a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in understanding speech disorders and providing intervention for articulation, phonology and motor speech disorders. Fluency, voice and swallowing disorders are also discussed. During this course, DL students will be required to attend an in person lab at Medicine Hat College or an affiliated site.
Prerequisite: Minimum of a C grade in SLPA 212
