Deviant Group Behaviour
This course provides systematic analyses of deviant group behavior with an emphasis on the non-legal aspects of deviance. In particular, this course emphasizes deviant subcultures and the ways in which sociologists consider deviance. Through a sociological lens, the course examines histories in which LGBT+ communities, mental health conditions, and other identies have been mislabeledas deviant.
