Alberta Anxiety to Calm™ is 4-week program for individuals who want to learn skills to effectively manage their anxiety. The program teaches low tech and low cost skills that will help those find calm, challenge themselves, and live well. Registration required.

Alberta Happiness Basics™ is a simple, positive, empowering workshop for people who want to learn to be happier. This 7-week group teaches low-tech and low-cost skills for everyone - from those who are struggling with mild to moderate depression, to people who are flourishing. Registration Required


Skills for Success with ADHD

This 5-week group will focus on providing students who experience ADHD/ADD with strategies and skills to master their ADHD/ADD while in college. Some of the topics that will be covered each week are:

  • Organization and planning
  • Reducing distractibility
  • Adaptive thinking
  • Procrastination
  • Medications

REST (Resiliently Embracing Struggles Together)

REST group is a unique and creative approach to promote emotional well-being. Each week entails a fun and therapeutic activity hosted with guest speakers. Thoughts and feelings related to stress, anxiety, or depression may be addressed through the activities and group discussion.

This is an open group for anyone to join at any time.
