Kayla Repas
Kayla Repas, CSEP-CPT
Physical Literacy Programmer
Kayla joined the Be Fit for Life Centre at the Medicine Hat College in the spring of 2013 and is responsible for fitness services offered to the MHC community (program design, fitness assessments and personal training) and physical literacy programming (for schools, sport teams, recreation programs etc.).
Kayla graduated from the Lethbridge College Exercise Science Program with honours in 2011, and has obtained and continues to enhance her knowledge through various certifications (CSEP-CPT, AFLCA, Pre/Post Natal Fitness Consultant, 200hr Yoga Teacher Training, & Precision Nutrition Level 1 etc.) to better assist the needs of her clientele. Kayla has worked with all ages supporting them with lifestyle changes to help them lead happy healthy lives.
When Kayla is not supporting others meet their health and fitness goals she can be found working on her own personal growth, chasing her beautiful children around, hiking with her husband, digging in the dirt (aka gardening) or playing recreation volleyball.
