Payment Options

Paying credit tuition and fees and residence payments

Students have a variety of ways to pay. Please see below for some of the options available for making payments.

Students should make themselves aware of the last day to pay and the policies on refunds (no refunds after the Last day to Add/Drop for Credit Program students).

International Registration   

International Credit Program Tuition

In addition to the methods listed for credit program tuition, international students can also access:

  • Global Pay for Students
    • Western Union Business Solutions

      Global Pay for Students allows students to transfer in their local or chosen currency directly to Medicine Hat College in Canadian Funds at a reasonable exchange rate.

Residence
 

Residence or International Homestay

Access the student portal to manage your timetable, payments & more. Monthly homestay rent must be paid by the student directly to the family and not to Medicine Hat College.

Apprentice   

Apprentices

Fees are due two weeks before the beginning of class by the following methods:

  • In person (cash, cheque/money order, debit)
  • By mail (cheque)
  • Online/Internet Banking
  • Telephone Banking

Unpaid tuition will result in an automatic withdrawal from classes and your seat offered to the next person on the waiting list

Sponsored students must supply a letter in order to waive the require deposit when registering or pay the deposit themselves to save a seat. Proof of sponsorship must be provided prior to registering.
