Medicine Hat College’s School of Arts, Science & Education invites applications for a part-time instructor in our Education department.
A little about the role:
The successful candidate will teach EDTS 325 – Tools for Teaching and Learning in the Digital Classroom in the Fall and Winter semesters beginning in the 2024-2025 academic year. This course runs in-person on Mondays from 4:00 – 5:50 pm and Wednesdays from 4:00 – 6:50 pm and includes both lecture and lab time. This position requires significant educational technology knowledge and skills, as well as a passion for teaching, a commitment to learners, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team.

Details:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Significant teaching experience using technology in the classroom.
- Confident knowledge of current and evolving applications of technology relevant to the teaching and learning process.
- Willingness to be part of a dynamic and collaborative team that focuses on student success.
- Strong communication skills.
- An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
