Medicine Hat College is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic faculty member to provide a supportive and collaborative environment for students within the School of Business. This is a Term-Certain position in the School of Business & Continuing Studies for the Winter 2025 semester.
A little about the role:
The primary workload includes instructing courses in a variety of areas relating to finance, statistics, and accounting. Both face-to-face, online, and blended delivery models are required to provide a quality learning experience for students. The successful candidate will be required to engage in professional responsibilities that contribute to a collaborative environment fostering the mission of the College and the success of our students.

Details:
- A master’s degree, in business or closely related field is required
- A doctorate is preferred
- A CPA designation is an asset
- Post-Secondary teaching experience is an asset
- Relevant industry experience is required
- Equivalent combinations of industry and post-secondary teaching experience may be considered
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a high functioning, student-focused team
- Strong passion and commitment to learners and learning
