Medicine Hat College invites applicants for a part-time instructor in our Information Technology Diploma program, beginning January 6, 2025. This is a part-time, temporary position teaching 70 hours from January 2025 to April 2025.
A little about the role:
The successful candidate will be able to teach in our Software and Internet Development major. Instruction will be at the second-year level and details of the program can be found in the College Calendar or online at www.mhc.ab.ca. The course instructed will focus on either software development or database systems.
Details:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or a combination of education and work experience, with at least three years related experience.
- Teaching experience in a post-secondary environment is an asset.

Degrees conferred outside of Canada must be accredited by the Province of Alberta, International Qualification Assessment Service, Alberta Advanced Education and Technology, in order to be valid and recognized by Medicine Hat College.
