Payment Options

Paying credit tuition and fees and residence payments

Students have a variety of ways to pay. Please see below for the options available for making payments.

Students should make themselves aware of the last day to pay and the policies on refunds (no refunds after the Last day to Add/Drop for Credit Program students).


Credit Program Tuition

  • Online Banking Bill Payment *Your ID will be your account number*
  • In Person by Debit, Cheque or Money Order
  • In Person by Cash (accepted but not encouraged)
  • By Mail (Cheque or Money Order)
  • Credit Card (online only – 2.3% associated fee added to tuition total)

Payment plans are available with a $50 administrative fee and they must be completed prior to the last day to pay tuition for the term. To set-up a payment plan, please email registration@mhc.ab.ca.

International Credit Program Tuition

In addition to the methods listed for credit program tuition, international students can also pay through Convera, a simple, secure, and smart way to pay your fees online. International Homestay or Residence

Students in Residence can make payments online (credit or debit) through their Residence Portal. Students may also wish to use any of the payment types listed above (Western Union Global Pay is limited to International Students).


Continuing Studies

Fees are payable at the time of registration. For more information click here.


Apprentices

Fees are due four weeks before the beginning of class by the following methods:

Unpaid tuition will result in an automatic withdrawal from classes and your seat offered to the next person on the waiting list

Sponsored students must supply a letter in order to waive the require deposit when registering or pay the deposit themselves to save a seat. Proof of sponsorship must be provided prior to registering.
