Do you know a business owner who demonstrates high ethical standards, leadership in their industry and is an active community member? Medicine Hat College (MHC) encourages you to nominate them for the 2014 Business Person of the Year Award.“This is a very prestigious award that has been given out every year at the Connecting Students to Business Dinner,” said Stephen Finnagan, dean of business and enterprise and chair of the Connecting Students to Business Dinner Selection Committee. “This year, we are asking the public to nominate individuals who fit the criteria, someone who is active in their community, can be a mentor and role model for students and has integrity.”
The winner of the Business Person of the Year Award will be recognized during the Connecting Students to Business Dinner on Thursday, April 3, 2014 and will have a scholarship named after them. The dinner is an annual event that focuses on helping students succeed in the workplace by connecting them to business people within the community.
