Formerly located by the Information Technology Services department on the second floor of the B building, you will now  find the IT Support Centre - Help Desk right on the ground floor of the B building in the Vera Bracken Library. As before, you have three ways to contact MHC’s Support Centre to get assistance with computer technology related problems; call 403.529.3899 (local 3899), send an e-mail to callcentre@mhc.ab.ca, or come in person to the library. The help desk service is available Monday – Friday, 8am - 4:30pm.
