Rattlers win 32 CCAA National Scholar Awards

September 16, 2020
The Medicine Hat College (MHC) Rattlers are pleased to announce that Rattlers athletes combined to receive 32 Canadian Colleges Athletic Association (CCAA) National Scholar awards for the 2019-20 season. These awards recognize student-athletes who make the honour roll while competing in their given sports. Rattlers award winners came from every varsity sport covering all of the men’s and women’s teams.
“Rattlers Athletics has always emphasized academic excellence and progression, and are very proud of our 32 Rattlers student-athletes who have been named CCAA National Scholar award winners,” says Terry Ballard, Manager of Sport and Wellness at MHC.
“It is no easy task to practice hard every day, compete at a high level on weekends and achieve Dean’s list academic honours standing. These 32 Rattlers really understand what it means to be a student-athlete. Congratulations!”
