Tutoring & Exam Centre
The Academic Resources Centre (Medicine Hat campus) provides the following services to assist you with the successful completion of your program(s).
The following services are also offered at the Brooks campus through the Open Learning Centre:
Instructor and peer tutoring services are available to all MHC students requiring extra assistance with their studies. There are a number of tutors available through the Academic Resources Centre (ARC) during a variety of times.
College students can access tutoring services by appointment or on a drop-in basis. Drop-in tutoring is available at various levels including support for all college upgrading levels as well as a number of certificate/diploma and university transfer courses in the following areas:
- English and Communications
- Social Studies (all high school levels-only)
If you would like support from a peer tutor, please fill out a request form. To make an appointment with an instructor/peer tutor, please stop by the ARC (3rd floor above the library) or call 403.529.3896.
Peer tutoring is available at Brooks Campus through the Students’ Association.

Medicine Hat College offers free homework support for junior and senior high school students in core subjects including:
