Celebrating 50 years of nursing excellence
United by a shared journey, seven nursing alumni from Medicine Hat College’s 1973 graduating class recently gathered for a nostalgic reunion at their alma mater. While touring the new facility expansion, they reflected at how much the postsecondary institution, as well as the healthcare profession, has transformed over the past 50 years.
As tea was poured and stories were shared, an evident sense of pride filled the room, along with an unspoken camaraderie based on connections forged during their time at MHC and a shared dedication to the art of healing.
Revealing pieces of MHC’s history, the evolution of an industry, and their unwavering to the healthcare profession, alumni and retired nurses, Linda Collier and Linda Glasier, generously shared a more in-depth glimpse into their journey.
