Interpersonal Communication

This series of four courses will help you learn to build positive relationships, turn negative situations into win-win, learn tools and techniques that allow you to effectively deal with negative or stressful situations, and assist you in learning how to communicate more successfully in any situation.

CONFLICT RESOLUTION AND NEGOTIATION

This course covers conflict understanding, effective communication strategies, empathetic resolution, and relationship preservation, suitable for individuals and professionals alike.

PRACTICAL & EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION

This course will help enhance your communication skills and improve both professional and personal relationships. Gain tools for mastering public speaking, leading teams, and everyday conversations. Explore verbal and nonverbal communication nuances, develop active listening, and adapt to diverse situations. Break through common communication barriers and make your voice heard effectively. 

DEALING WITH DIFFICULT PEOPLE

Acquire essential techniques for handling challenging individuals and achieving positive outcomes in various relationships, from co-workers to supervisors and professional networks. This course offers practical strategies for creating win-win outcomes with anyone, including coping mechanisms and turnaround strategies tailored for highly challenging individuals. Gain insights into the underlying causes of difficult behaviors and navigate complex dynamics with confidence, enhancing your interpersonal effectiveness and mastering difficult interactions. 

 

MANAGING BEHAVIOURS

In this course, learners will acquire strategies to navigate difficult behaviors from others and maintain control in tough scenarios. Performance Management

In this program, participants learn how to perform the role of an appraiser and as a coach who needs to effectively communicate and interact with employees, co-workers, team members or others to provide feedback to them. Participants learn how to ask the right questions, help employees to set goals and targets, how to motivate them, how to deliver difficult messages and in short how to help them to increase their productivity.
