Operations and Production Management

This course will create an awareness and fundamental understanding of practices and fundamentals of operations and production management. This course allows managers to investigate management sciences, their application and necessity in developing competitive advantage. Focused on Lean Six Sigma, cutting-edge technological tools, and upcoming trends such as Industry 4.0, participants will discover methods to synchronize operational strategies with overarching business goals.
