Transcript Request
Medicine Hat College has changed the way we issue official transcripts.
When you request a MyCreds official electronic transcript to be sent, we will send you a link to log into MyCreds and create an account. You will then be responsible for sharing your transcript with your institution/organization or recipient of choice for a cost of $12 – to be paid online through MyCreds.
The electronic transcript issued by the MyCreds network is the official transcript of Medicine Hat College.
- If you require a transcript to be sent to an Alberta Publicly Funded Institution (the list is available here: https://www.alberta.ca/designated-post-secondary-institutions-alberta.aspx) this will be free of charge.
- If you would prefer a paper copy be sent to your institution/organization or recipient of choice instead, there will be a cost of $25. You will be contacted by phone for a credit card number, if you choose this option.
Current students can also receive an unofficial transcript by logging onto the student portal and clicking on the unofficial transcript section.
