Brent loves being outside and teaching how nature works in southeast Alberta. While classroom time is important, doing the actual work is the best way to learn. Brent likes teaching at Medicine Hat College because class sizes are small, and there is time for individual instruction.
The other amazing thing about working at Medicine Hat College is that Brent can still do research and collaborate with other instructors. When not teaching, Brent is often gardening or fishing. Both keep him outside and out of trouble!
