Began teaching at MHC: 2025
Prior to joining MHC, Christine developed her professional business competencies in financial and human resources management. She has experience within some of Canada's most respected organizations and held positions including business consultant and director. She is currently pursuing the Chartered Management designation.
Christine is delighted to be a part of fostering academic achievement with students at MHC. She aims to facilitate a welcoming environment, allowing students to learn and explore the concepts while developing critical thinking skills. Christine shares her insights with her students to help them link theory to practical application.
Christine's post graduate research was conducted in the area of employer branding to recruit and retain employees in the Canadian business services industry. This included both monetary and non-monetary factors within the employer value propositions. The research considered leadership, cultural expectations and the transformed workplace environments after the covid-19 pandemic.
When not teaching, Christine appreciates the performing arts, visual arts and nature.
