Medicine Hat College’s Information Technology Services department is inviting applications for a regular, full-time Enterprise Systems Manager.
A little about the role:
Reporting to the Executive Director, Facilities & ITS, this role provides leadership in the implementation of Enterprise Systems related business processes across departments, driving continuous improvements in the use of Medicine Hat College's large enterprise applications. The position ensures that Medicine Hat College adheres to a standardized methodology for Enterprise Systems related interdepartmental processes and services.
As a key point of contact, the Manager serves as the primary liaison between business units, Executive Directors, and Deans concerning Enterprise Systems processes and projects. The role involves planning, evaluating, prioritizing and addressing the needs of various business units as new processes and Enterprise Systems related services are developed and rolled out. Additionally, this position is responsible for managing projects related to process and application improvements or may oversee the work of assigned project managers.
The large enterprise applications under the purview of this role includes:
- The Student Information System (Anthology SIS)
- Systems and Services connected to and associated with SIS Services
- The Administrative ERP System for Finance, HR, and Payroll (Unit4)
- Systems and Services connected to and associated with Administrative ERP systems
- Scheduling Systems (Infosilum)
- Other related systems
Details:
- A Bachelor’s degree in business-related, computer-related or similar discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with 2 years’ experience in business analysis and project management and any combination of the following - Business Analysis Policy and Process Development, IT Compliance Standards, IT Project Management.
- 1 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong leadership, facilitation, diplomacy and motivational skills.
- Knowledge of process requirements in relation to enterprise level software systems, design and implementation of business processes and process diagramming.
- Licences/Certificates in ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), Project Management and Lean Six Sigma an asset.
Salary Range: $81,324 - 94,216 per annum
