The School of Business and Continuing Studies at Medicine Hat College is seeking a full-time Student Placement Officer to join our team.
A little about the role:
The primary area of responsibility for this position is to provide coordination of preceptorship and practicum placements for students from various programs by acting as a liaison between the college and external agencies, businesses and organizations.
Details:
- An undergraduate University Degree OR an equivalent combination of related post-secondary education and work experience.
- 1 – 2 years’ related experience.
- Interpersonal and communication skills to advise students and provide information.
- Ability to build and maintain collaborative partnerships.
- Knowledge of the post-secondary system specifically in Work Integrated Learning.
- Valid driver’s license.
