A little about the role:
Reporting to the Executive Director of Advancement & community Relations, this position manages the operations and administrative functions of the Brooks Campus with the objective of sustaining a collaborative and positive campus culture in alignment with the strategic and operational goals of Medicine Hat College. The position supports the direction of the campus by planning in collaboration with college deans, directors, managers, and other campus stakeholders, provides guidance to campus employees, and makes operational decisions in accordance with established college policy and procedures.
The annual salary for this position is $81,324 - $94,216.
Details:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related major(s) OR an equivalent combination of related education and experience
- Five years’ related leadership and communications experience preferably related to business and community development
- Ability to make decisions and develop communication solutions quickly and effectively
- Capacity to administer projects in a complex environment
Hours of Work: 35 hours per week
