Medicine Hat College’s School of Trades & Technology invites applications for a part-time Instructor in our Built Environment Engineering Technology (BEET) program for the following courses in the 2025 academic year:
CADD 102 Drafting II - (AutoCAD experience is required)
Winter 2025, 70 hours – Tue, 8:00am – 9:30am / Fri, 8:00am – 11:10am
There may be an opportunity to revise class dates/times to suit the work schedule of the right candidate.
A little about the role:
CADD 102 builds on the foundational skills developed in CADD 101. Students will advance their skills in manual technical sketching, AutoCAD drafting, communication, and presentation skills as they continue to reinforce and expand their theoretical knowledge. Topics include isometric projections, cross-sections, multi-view drawings, drawing layout, annotation, and document sharing.

Details:
- A Diploma in a related field of study such as engineering technology, or architectural technology; Undergraduate Degree in Engineering, Architecture or a related field preferred
- Teaching and Industry experience are assets
- Equivalent combinations of work experience and post-secondary education may be considered
