In teaching, Dr. Adagbon employs pedagogical processes that simplify the subject matter, making it accessible and relevant to learners through practical applications that encourage and propel reflection. She endeavors to foster an interactive class culture that encourage students to enhance their natural abilities while challenging them through course contents to expand their horizons by learning new skills, engaging with others, and relating course contents to the larger social environment and lived experiences. Her methods require setting clear guidelines and expectations, and loopback learner feedback that together aid students’ learning gap analyses and the remedial steps they occasion.

Multilevel Marketing, Integration and New Immigrants” (2020); Master’s theses: “Multilevel Marketing: The Search for Autonomy” (2007) and “Sexual Behaviour of Adolescents in Lagos State” (2001) as well as “How to avoid Teaching Assistant Burn-out” (2015) in York University’s Teaching Assistant Manual.
