Independent Research Study
Student must receive prior approval from the Program Coordinator
to enroll in this course. This independent study introduces students
to quantitative and/or qualitative research approaches appropriate to
contexualized, individualized student research projects. Students will
learn to think critically about research claims, develop and awareness
of ethical concerns in research, and gain understanding of research
methodology, various approaches, and their respective shortcomings.
Students will participate in a research project and document their
role and contributions.
