Introduction to Nutrition
An introductory course designed to provide students with a basic
understanding of the role of nutrition in health, disease & fitness. The
course will cover both fundamental nutrition principles and practical
applications. Current topics in the field will be examined critically. The
overall goal of this course is to gain an understanding of individual
nutrition needs as well as those of specialized populations. NOTE:
Students cannot receive credit for both NUTR 200 and HPED 2507.
