Intrapreneurial Leadership

This course aims to foster and promote intrapreneurship within organizations. Intrapreneurship entails adopting entrepreneurial attitudes and behaviors within the established framework of a company. It encourages employees to demonstrate initiative, think innovatively, and champion new ideas. Throughout this course, participants will delve into essential principles, strategies, and tools essential for cultivating intrapreneurial thinking.

There are no prerequisites. In order to successfully complete the course, students must achieve an average of at least 50%.
